What is Refresh Rate?
The refresh rate of a monitor is the number of times per second that the image on the screen is updated. It is measured in Hertz (Hz). A higher refresh rate results in smoother motion, which is critical for gaming and professional video work.
Common refresh rates include 60Hz, 120Hz, 144Hz, and 240Hz. If your monitor supports 144Hz but this test shows 60Hz, you may need to adjust your display settings in Windows or macOS.
